Homework help and literacy workshop activities. Children ages 8 to 12 years old receive one-to-one support and mentorship from high school youth volunteers. A green-living or literacy activity is introduced at the end of each session.

The Host Program provides free matching services to link newcomers with people who have been in Canada longer. A host worker from ISS is at Collingwood Neighbourhood House every Monday.

The Hub Coordinator provides outreach to parents, families and children, and support for everything from safety issues to food security. Anyone in the community is welcome to call. Takes referrals from community agencies and organizations.

This innovative program is for immigrant grandparents and their young grandchildren ages 0 to 5. Grandparents have an ESL class combined with health and community information while their grandchildren enjoy an early years program.
