Direct support (one to one) - Confidential emotional support is available to parents and caregivers in person during drop-in hours or by phone. Office hours 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Appropriate activities for parents, grandparents and caregiver with their children between the ages of 0-6 years old. Provide network with other families, an opportunity for the families to access community resources.

Family support is offered at all our family resource programs and Strong Start Centres.

A fun, welcoming environment for parents/caregivers and children aged 0-5. Free play, arts, snacks and circle time make it fun for kids and a nice place to meet with and connect with other parents or caregivers.

Our family support and settlement worker is available to assist new immigrant families in the areas of information and resources,translation, referrals, workshops, adaptation counselling and social activities.

Twice daily 2 hr drop-in sessions for families with children 0-6. Connect, play and learn together in a safe and stimulating environment - staffed playroom, adult lounge, parent support, circle time.

Services for families experiencing domestic violence. Counselling, support, information, advocacy and referral. Workshops provided on identifying different forms of abuse, impacts of violence on children and related topics.
